How long is a rental?
Rentals are booked in 30-minute blocks. You may shoot for up to 60 minutes only if the time is open and no one has booked the machine after you.
Can two people share a machine?
Yes. It's $30 for 30 minutes for 2 or more participants ($20 for 30 minutes for 1 participant).
How do I pay?
If you don't have the HTR Training Package, you'll get a text and email with directions to pay after you book.
I have the HTR Training Package. Do I pay for rentals?
No. HTR Training Package holders get unlimited shooting machine rentals (based on availability) and may reserve 60 minutes if an open machine is available. Learn about the package.
I'm a new customer. Is there anything to do first?
Yes. New customers complete a quick registration and waiver first, then book their rental.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
